Uploaded by MoreThan30seconds on 2017-05-11.

Our vineyard is located in the fluvial island of Villapendola.    In the heart of the river Sile’s Natural Park, in Treviso.

Implant density 3500 piants/hec.   Max Production 180 ql/he.   Grape harvesting time Sept. 10th- Oct. 1st

Vinification - in the wine cellar of the winemaking school of the public Technical Agrarian Institute G.B. Cerletti, in Conegliano.

The soil is composed of a thick layer of dolomia pebbles and calcareous gravel, and a more superficial one made of siliceous sand with good amounts of microelements.

Good drainage and optimal contribution of nutritive elements in the soil allow for the avoidance of chemical topdressing with artificial products and enable the production of sapid and balanced wines.

The vineyard covers 10 out of 20 hectars (da correggere) that are comprised in the property, and it is realised with the method called “SYLVOZ”, born in this same area to allow the vine variety destined to the production of Prosecco to express its best possible qualities.

The resulting wine is a Prosecco DOC Treviso. Isolaprimo represents a very small share of the total production capacity. Only the best grape bunches are selected and manually harvested. Immediately after they are vinified “in purity” at the Enologic Institute of Conegliano under the guidance of an oenologist. Thus, its vocation to the niche and high quality allows Isolaprimo to express the maximum obtainable in terms of sugary levels, right acidity and fruit aromas. The sulphites addition is minimum and the whole process aimed at obtaining the highest naturalness for the product.

Lying and exposition: the vineyard is lying on a plain ground, exposition North-South.

Climate: Mild, with temperatures ranging from a minimum average of -1°C between January and February to a maximum of 30°C in the months between July and August. Average annual rainfall settles around 850mm and the maximum levels are registered in Autumn.
